Terms of Use
These terms are approved by the business owner. Last updated 26 September 2026.
Who these terms are from, and your agreement to them
This site is operated by Humble Services, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, doing business as Humble Services Business Consulting. Postal address: 30 N Gould St., Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms may be updated, and the version on this page with the date above is the one that applies.
Using the site
- You may read the pages, use the Business Independence Scorecard and send an inquiry, for your own business purposes.
- Please do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it, scrape it by automated means, or use it to send unlawful, harassing or misleading material.
- The text, design, logo and the Scorecard questions and scoring on this site belong to Humble Services, Inc. You may print or save a page for your own reference; republishing or reselling the material requires written permission.
- Links to other companies’ websites are provided for convenience. Humble Services does not control those sites and is not responsible for what they contain.
Information here is general, not advice for your situation
Everything on this site, including the Scorecard, the articles and the descriptions of the work, is general business information. It is not advice about your particular company, and it cannot take account of facts it has never been told. Humble Services provides business advisory and decision support. It does not provide legal, tax, securities or investment advice, formal valuations, or psychotherapy, and it does not promise any sale price, valuation or financial result. Before acting on anything you read here, check it against your own circumstances with your accountant, your attorney and your financial adviser.
The Scorecard is an educational self-assessment scored from the answers you give. It is not a valuation, an audit, or a professional opinion, and its result depends entirely on what you enter.
Using this site does not create a client relationship
Reading these pages, finishing the Scorecard, sending the inquiry form or exchanging first messages does not make you a client of Humble Services and does not create an advisory, fiduciary, legal or accounting relationship of any kind. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If these website terms and that agreement ever disagree, the signed agreement governs the work.
Because no relationship exists until then, please do not send anything sensitive or time-critical through this site, and do not rely on it having been read by a particular date.
Availability, and what is not promised
The site is offered as it stands. Humble Services does not warrant that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it, and all warranties that are not expressly given here are disclaimed to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Humble Services, Inc., its officers and anyone working on its behalf are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity, arising out of your use of this site or of anything you read on it, even where the possibility of such loss was known. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability that the law does not permit to be limited, and some states do not allow some of these exclusions, so part of this paragraph may not apply to you.
Liability under any engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its rules on conflict of laws. Any dispute about this site or these terms belongs to the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and both sides consent to those courts hearing it. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or to the postal address above. The Privacy Policy explains what the site collects and how to have it deleted. Owner details are kept private, seen only by Humble Services, kept for two years after consulting services end in case more work is requested, then deleted, and are never shared with or sold to third parties.
