AI Implementation for Businesses
Practical work on where, and whether, AI belongs in a business: reviewing the tasks an owner and team actually do, adding existing AI tools where they fit, and building purpose-made tools where an off-the-shelf one does not.
It also covers a company dashboard: a private portal where an owner would see their own business health through the same category lenses we use in an assessment. That dashboard has not been built. Nothing on this website provides it today, but the sample Review shows the kind of view an owner would get, on an invented business.
Ongoing support with decisions over time. Exit & Succession Readiness also offers implementation advisory; it is listed under Assess, with its assessment.
Both advisory services follow the same shape. What differs between them is how active the work is and how often we meet.
Cadence. A standing monthly meeting, held on the same schedule each month, plus email or message access between meetings for anything that cannot wait.
What's covered. Whatever is live for the business that month — a decision the owner is weighing, a problem with an employee, a pricing question, a system that isn't working, or checking progress on something from an earlier assessment or project.
How it follows the assessment. Advisory work is not a stand-alone service. It picks up from a Vantage Point Review or a prior project: the open items and priorities identified there are the starting agenda, and each month's conversation is measured against them.
Strategic Business Advisory adds a monthly operating review — a short written look at how the business moved against its priorities that month — plus more active support implementing agreed changes, not just discussing them.
What it is not. Advisory work is a sounding board and an outside set of eyes, not therapy, not legal or financial advice, and not a promise of any particular result.
Owner Advisory & Decision Support
Ongoing, confidential strategy conversations about decisions, priorities, conflict, workload, delegation, employees, customers and the future you want. This is business advisory, not psychotherapy.
What you get: A sounding board for the decisions that come with owning a business.
Starting price$895 per month
Strategic Business Advisory
A more active recurring relationship with analysis, implementation support, accountability and a monthly operating review.
What you get: A steady outside advisor who knows the business.
Starting price$1,995 per month
What these services are not
We do not give legal, tax, securities or investment advice, do not prepare formal valuations, and do not provide psychotherapy or mental-health treatment. No engagement promises a sale price, a valuation or a financial result. When you need a CPA, attorney, valuation professional or broker, we will tell you and help you prepare.
Start with a conversation
A free Business Transition Conversation is a chance to talk through where the business stands and whether working together makes sense. It is a fit conversation, not free consulting.
